Welcome to Philip Martyn Design, founded by Philip Parkinson, who’s professional background is in the painting and decorating industry, running his own successful painting and decorating business.

 

For many years he often found himself giving colour and wallpaper advice to his customers, with paint companies constantly developing new colours and types of paint to choose from the choice seems endless, this is what drove and gave him the inspiration to start a Colour Consultancy service.

This service is designed to cater for all properties, from homes to corporate and commercial buildings, helping customers narrow down the large choice of colours we have available to us today.
