Step 1
Your online colour consultation will begin the moment you get in touch with us, you will start by completing the pre-assessment questionnaire, so we can find out more about your project and match you with the perfect colour consultant. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be taken to the payment page to pay the cost per room to confirm your booking.

Step 2
When we receive your booking, your details will be passed to your colour consultant who’ll contact you via email or phone, depending on your preference. They introduce themselves, go over your completed questionnaire in more detail and request any further information they may need.

Step 3
Following the introductory phone call/email, your colour consultant will design two initial proposals per room for your chosen rooms. The proposals will be based on the brief you give in your pre-assessment questionnaire and as discussed in the introductory phone call/email.

Step 4
Once your colour consultant has designed your two initial proposals, you will receive an email with your two proposals attached. If you need to make a tweak this is the time to do so. You can make up to two tweaks before confirming a final colour scheme. Any further amendments will incur an additional charge.

Step 5
Once you have confirmed a final colour scheme for your chosen rooms, you’ll receive your final written specification report detailing your chosen paint colours and any wallpaper designs you have chosen along with the finishes.

Hand your professional specification to your decorator, they now have the perfect plan to work to.
