When faced with a loft space that was best described by the client ‘as a mess’ Philip Martyn set to work transforming the space into a stunning and highly functional loft space.

The work we carried out is as follows with a full property project management service included as standard.

• New roof fitted with 3 new Velux windows
• The chimney stack was removed to regulation
• Old plaster, plaster boards, skirting boards, architraves and doors were removed, along with a small wall.
• The floor was strengthened with extra timber as it wasn’t carried out correctly in an earlier conversion by a 3rd party company and was flexing a little
• All new insulation and plasterboards
• New electrics, spotlights, new light and plug sockets
• New Plastered
• New skirting boards, architraves and doors
• Relocated and installed a new radiator
• Painted throughout
• Luxury Vinyl Flooring fitted
